About Kerri
With over 15 years of experience in lean environments across manufacturing and healthcare, Kerri Cryderman is a certified Lean leader who’s passionate about helping teams and individuals thrive. As a collaborative servant leader, she’s all about building strong, cross-functional teams and navigating challenges with her Working Genius talents in discernment and enablement.
Kerri’s adaptability and transformational leadership style shine through whether she’s working independently or with diverse stakeholders, helping organizations achieve their goals while improving quality and safety. She’s not just about processes—Kerri loves mentoring and teaching others, guiding them to reach their goals and dreams.
Outside of work, Kerri is a big hockey fan (she’ll happily tell you Wayne Gretzky is the best!). When she’s not cheering for her favourite team, you’ll find her at the lake, fishing or paddleboarding with her golden doodle, Belle. She also loves travelling—Hawaii is her go-to spot for relaxation and adventure.
Ready to unlock your potential? Kerri is here to support you every step of the way.
